The BYD Seal has a clean EV interior where loose, generic covers can look out of place very quickly. These fitted leather seat covers are intended to follow the Seal's original seat shapes more closely, helping protect the factory upholstery while giving the cabin a neater, easier-to-maintain surface for daily commuting, passengers, charging stops and longer drives.
Leather Seat Covers for BYD Seal
This is a full leather seat cover set for compatible BYD Seal interiors. The package includes front seat covers, rear seat covers and matching headrest covers, so the main seating areas share a consistent finish.
BYD Seal seat layouts can vary by model year, market and trim level, including differences in headrest shape, rear bench details, armrest design and factory comfort features. Fitment and Everyday Function
The covers install over the original upholstery and are designed to keep key seat functions usable. Depending on your confirmed seat layout, the design allows for seat belt openings, rear ISOFIX access where applicable, and factory armrest or split-fold areas where the seat design requires them.
For seats with side airbags, specialist airbag-compatible stitching is used in the relevant areas so the covers are not simply sealed over the safety zone. Heated and ventilated seat functions can also remain usable where fitted, although any added layer over the original upholstery may slightly change how quickly heat or airflow is felt.
Material Choices
There are three material levels available, each suited to a different preference and budget:
- Artificial Nappa Leather: the best-value option, with a smooth leather-look surface and easy-care synthetic construction. It is a practical choice if you want a tidy finish that wipes clean easily.
- Cowhide Fiber + Microfiber: a stronger mid-tier material with improved structure, breathability and durability compared with the entry option. It suits drivers who want a more substantial feel without moving to full genuine cowhide.
- Italian Cowhide Leather: the top-end genuine cowhide option, chosen for the most natural leather finish and the highest durability in the range.

Installation
The covers are fitted over the factory upholstery, so there is no need to cut the original trim or remove the original seat covering. Most owners can complete installation at home in around 2 hours by following the installation page, taking extra care around buckles, headrests, rear-seat sections and any electric seat controls.
If you would rather not install the set yourself, a local automotive upholstery or accessory installer is recommended. Contact us if you would like guidance on what to ask an installer before booking.
Care Guidance
- Artificial Nappa Leather: wipe regularly with a soft damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a mild interior cleaner and avoid harsh solvents or abrasive brushes.
- Cowhide Fiber + Microfiber: clean with a damp microfiber cloth and a gentle leather-safe cleaner when needed. Dry the surface after cleaning to keep the finish even.
- Italian Cowhide Leather: use a leather-safe cleaner and conditioner periodically. Avoid soaking the leather, and clean spills promptly to help preserve the natural surface.
Production and Shipping
Approximate production time is 10 business days after the order details are confirmed. Estimated shipping time is about 10 business days after production is complete.

- Resilient cowhide resists scuffs and stretching for long-term durability and a premium finish.
- Care: wipe and condition regularly; use leather softener if dry and a leather-safe lubricant sparingly on high-wear seams.
