This website, the MATRÉVOL brand, and the related online store are operated by REVOL GROUP LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “MATRÉVOL,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to REVOL GROUP LLC, operating under the MATRÉVOL brand.
REVOL GROUP LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
MATRÉVOL is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.

Because certain MATRÉVOL products may be manufactured, configured, or customized for specific vehicle models or customer selections, minor variations may occur between product photography and the final product.
We do not warrant that the appearance of a product will be identical to how it appears on your screen.
All product descriptions, specifications, designs, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice at our discretion.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities, sales, or availability by person, household, geographic region, jurisdiction, or other reasonable criteria.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order through MATRÉVOL, you are making an offer to purchase products from REVOL GROUP LLC, operating as MATRÉVOL.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, subject to applicable law.
An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed acceptance and successfully received or processed the required payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, particularly where a product is customized, made-to-order, or manufactured for a particular vehicle.
Once production or order processing has begun, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.
If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or telephone number provided with the order.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that purchases made through the Services are for lawful purposes and will not be used in violation of applicable law.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
The price charged for a product or service will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, customs inspections, weather, labor disruptions, supply-chain delays, manufacturing delays outside our reasonable control, or other events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, once products have been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, risk of loss may pass to the customer.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

The MATRÉVOL name, logos, designs, product names, slogans, and related brand identifiers are owned by or used by REVOL GROUP LLC and may not be used without our prior written authorization.
Shopify's name, logos, product names, and related identifiers are trademarks of Shopify or its applicable affiliates.
All other names, trademarks, logos, and brand identifiers appearing through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

You may be provided access to tools, software, services, or functionality supplied by third parties.
We may not monitor, control, or have input over such third-party tools.

MATRÉVOL is powered by Shopify, which provides ecommerce technology that enables us to offer the Services.
However, purchases made through the MATRÉVOL store are transactions between you and REVOL GROUP LLC, operating as MATRÉVOL, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shopify is not the seller of MATRÉVOL products.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the products you purchase from us or for any injury, damage, loss, or dispute arising solely from a transaction between you and MATRÉVOL.
Nothing in this section affects any rights or obligations Shopify may independently owe you under its own applicable terms or policies.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Certain information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify's applicable privacy policies.
Because the Services are hosted using Shopify's ecommerce infrastructure, Shopify and other service providers may collect and process personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide ecommerce, payment, fraud-prevention, analytics, shipping, customer-service, and related functionality.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REVOL GROUP LLC, OPERATING AS MATRÉVOL, AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANOTHER LEGAL THEORY AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising under mandatory consumer protection law.
Where applicable law does not permit a particular limitation or exclusion, that limitation or exclusion will apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REVOL GROUP LLC, operating as MATRÉVOL, and its affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

your infringement or violation of a third party's rights; or

your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services.
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim.
We may control the defense and settlement of such a claim, provided that we will not agree to a settlement imposing non-monetary obligations directly upon you without your reasonable consent.
You agree to provide reasonable cooperation in connection with the defense of such claims.
SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
If necessary, the unenforceable portion will be deemed severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No ambiguity in these Terms will automatically be interpreted against the party responsible for drafting them.

You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms or your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, corporate reorganization, transfer of the MATRÉVOL business, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which REVOL GROUP LLC provides the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that is brought before a court will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.
However, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights, protections, remedies, jurisdiction, or venue available under the laws of the consumer's country, state, province, territory, or other jurisdiction where such rights cannot lawfully be waived.
